A New York resident, Geoffrey J. Block graduated from Tulane University, where he obtained a bachelor of science in management. Geoff Block served as a senior administrator at Crown Growth Partners. Geoff Block also engages in philanthropic activities. He supports the Lowcountry Strong Foundation.
The Lowcountry Strong Foundation is a nonprofit organization that united with the Lowcountry Foundation and the community to enhance the quality of life for people in the Jasper and Beaufort counties. The foundation aims to provide food and shelter for people that do not afford it and need it. To be eligible to receive food, shelter, or medical assistance, individuals and families first have to prove through documents that they are a resident of the two counties.
Also, to receive shelter or housing, an individual or family must prove that their primary residence is damaged. Also, families must have a combined annual salary of $85,000 to qualify for the assistance.
